The North Alabama Volkswagen Club would like to announce their 14th Annual Bug’n in July charity car show. The 2013 show will be held July 20th, 2013 in beautiful Ingall’s Harbor in Decatur, Alabama. Proceeds from our show will once again be donated to our sponsored charity, Crisis Services of North Alabama. Bug’n in July will feature dozens and dozens of beautiful vintage and custom Volkswagen vehicles from the classic Beetle to the Karmann Ghia and Bus.
Times:
Bug’n in July will by Saturday, July 20, from 8 AM to 4 PM. Registration closes at 12 noon.
Ingall’s Harbor
Located on the southern bank of the Tennessee River, Ingall’s Harbor is best known for being the location of the national fishing tournaments that come to Decatur. When tournaments are not being held, it is a public boat dock for area fishermen. It is also the location for Decatur’s annual Riverfest event.
Show Classes & Trophies
At this year’s show, we will select the top 30 Beetles, Buses, Ghias, Buggies, Rails, trikes, and VW-based vehicles. Don’t think for one moment that because you have a daily driver, a rat rod, or a hood ride that you can’t win! Our judges will take into account the class each car is registered in when assigning points.
The registration fee is $20, but we will also have a “Display-Only” entry fee that’s just $10. With Display-Only, all of your entry fee goes towards Crisis Services of North Alabama, you get a dash plaque, and you can still participate in contests and raffles.
You can pre-register by filling out the registration form and mailing your payment to the address on the form. Pre-registration is only $15, but must be received buy July 10, 2013.

Like any big show, we need sponsors and donations. Donated items will be raffled off throughout the show and your sponsorship dollars will help make our show possible. We strive to keep our show costs to a minimum so that we can make the biggest contribution possible to CSNA.
Benefits of sponsorship
All sponsors will be listed on our show flyers, our website, and will be publicly thanked for your contribution throughout our show during hourly announcements. Sponsors who donate $100 or more will also have their company listed on the back of our show T-shirt. On the days of the show, we will have a table available for all sponsors to display pamphlets, menus, etc.
